Tim Farrell made my birthday experience incredible! Was super helpful walking us through the menu, and was very funny and personable! Would 100% come here again and request him!!! The food was phenomenal!!!
Had a great experience here. Waiter (I think his name was Nate) was excellent, along with the person with him in training. They were so helpful and knowledgeable with vegan items. Food was perfect, tons of vegan options for me, and steak for my husband. It is definitely an experience and absolutely takes 2 hours! So be prepared for that. It was a great night out for us and I’m glad I finally got to go.
All the staff at this location are top notch! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Especially being gluten free! Thank you to every staff member for making my birthday dinner with my family so special.
Very fun experience!!! Love the way its set up, tables are super private. Food was pretty good, the chocolate was hands down my favorite part 😁 I wasn't very full after our four couse meal, so it's not very big servings. The waitress was awesome, and over all the experience is worth it for sure!

We began with a rich and velvety cheese fondue, accompanied by an assortment of fresh breads, vegetables, and grapes. Each dip into the bubbling pot was a satisfying mix of texture and taste. The entrée course was a DIY adventure—raw meats, seafood, and dumplings ready to be cooked in a flavorful broth right at the table. The selection included marinated chicken, beef, shrimp, and even seasoned dumplings, offering variety and control over how everything was cooked. A delightful array of dipping sauces complemented the proteins, ranging from creamy to tangy to spicy—each enhancing the meal in its own way. The highlight, though, was the dessert: a Yin and Yang pot of dark and white chocolate fondue, beautifully presented and perfectly smooth. The dip tray included strawberries, bananas, brownies, blondies, and fun extras like Rice Krispies and rainbow-coated marshmallows. The service was attentive and informative, guiding us through each course with ease. Overall, The Melting Pot offers more than just a meal—it’s a shared culinary experience perfect for special occasions or an indulgent night out. Highly recommended for those who love food and fun.
The Melting Pot was a very cool experience. Our server, Brad, was excellent. He prepared the cheese fondue right at the table. For dinner we got the traditional oil pot which was amazing. There was so much food we ended up taking a lot home. We had the chocolate fondue dessert a few days later and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend for a nice and unique night out.
Absolutely loved my time there.really friendly staff and welcoming ! The food was amazing and the waitress Cathy was outstanding! Very patient as we took a while to decide what we wanted really friendly and polite and excellent service from her throughout our dining .she took time to explain the menu and how everything works with what we order ! Highly recommend the melting pot great experience and food. Extra bonus to have such an amazing server .
Tried this place out for the first time. Was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. Cameron was our server. What a great guy. Kept the drinks full, and was very consistent in his service. Funny and carry’s himself well. 10/10 service from Cameron. We also met Tim who spoke highly of the food and made great recommendations. Both gentlemen were a pleasure and the Melting Pot is lucky to have them. The food was enjoyable. I went in thinking I would not enjoy this style of dining and was very surprised. Garlic Steak is the way to go! Although the food was great, we’re returning because of the service these two gentlemen provided. 10/10 would recommend!!!
What an experience. Cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, great selection of entree. And if you are lucky enough to get Kerrick as your waiter one of your most enjoyable meals.
We had an amazing evening for the Galentine’s event on Tuesday night at the Melting Pot in Harrisburg. Danny and his staff are phenomenal! The experience was made even better with the gals from Bee Present Wellness featuring their offerings. Our server Cameron gave us five star service and the food was delicious!
